Graphics stuttering on my 100% stock unrooted Z3

So I just got a new Z3 D6603. It's running on stock Marshmallow, 23.5.A.0.570. Bootloader was never unlocked, it has never been rooted.

Everything is running fine, except there's a constant screen stutter in literally everything: regular apps, videos, gaming, everywhere.

I've made an app that shows this nicely. I'm attaching the apk. It simply draws a line that should smoothly move across the screen. It does move smoothly on all phones I've tried it on, except my Z3. Here's a video I made that shows this app running on a 1st gen Moto G (left) and the Z3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wqgr...ature=youtu.be. Unfortunately this video adds some stuttering on it's own, but in a few places you can still clearly see the problem, especially near the end of the video.

I've looked into the logs and every time there's a stutter, a bunch of these show up:

Any help is welcome. Especially, if you have a stock ROM on your Z3, can you please
a) install the attached apk and see if you can spot the stuttering
b) look into the logs and see if you have those messages from osmcore popping up every few seconds?

Thanks in advance.

[ROM] [5.1.1] Dr.Ketan ROM L16 N5 port [N910VVRU2BPA1] [5/1/16]

Read this whole OP before doing anything! Especially the bugs list !!!

** I am excited to announce that @dr.ketan 's Note 5 Port (INTERNATIONAL NOTE 4 BASED ROM)works for the Verizon Note 4 ! I am not a developer and do not take credit for this ROM. I only assisted in getting it to work for our phone. Enjoy!!

Give @dr.ketan many thanks and donate to him for developing his Note 5 Port!!: http://ift.tt/1NuHqWR

Give @Battlehero a thanks and donate to him for his time and effort for creating the data fix for our Verizon Note 4 http://ift.tt/1QgWCfn

Give @hsbadr a big thanks and donate to him for making this possible with his 5.1.1 Jasmine ROM and multi-system kernel!! http://ift.tt/1QgWCfp

Without them, this would not have been possible!
Remember that.

DISCLAIMER: Your warranty is now void. Please be careful make a full TWRP backup of your current Verizon ROM. I am not responsible if you break your phone or lose data on your device!
*A clean flash is a must if you are coming from another ROM or you will run into problems.* Do not post issues if you dirty flashed.

**Note only Dr. Ketan's L16F Note 5 port works for our phone. He has a Marshmallow version out also, so be sure to only download the L16F version.**

Instructions:

1.) Make sure you are on a 5.1.1 modem.
(N910VVRU2BOK3) or (N910VVRU2BPA1)
2.) Download the ROM to your SD
3.) Download the DataFix to your SD
4.) Wipe /system /data /cache /dalvik-cache (/InternalStorage Optional, you will lose your files on the device)*
5.) Flash the ROM.
6.) Flash the DataFix.
7.) Wipe Dalvik and Cache
8.) Reboot.
9a.) Wait until there is a prompt to install necessary patches and allow root access
9b.) Chose your battery and clock settings then reboot
10.) Go through the setup but do not log into the Samsung account during initial setup
11.) Once you are at your home screen make sure you are logged into your Google account before accessing Dr. Ketan Tweaks app because there is a dependency app that is required to be installed from the Play Store when you launch Dr. Ketan tweaks app.
12.) Initially there is no calling audio and no My Verizon application support. To fix this download root browser and navigate to the system folder and edit the build.prop.
Change these values to:

ro.product.model=SM-N920V
ro.product.name=trltevzw

And save

Then using root browser navigate to the system/privapp folder and delete the VzwSilentSSOEngine folder

Then reboot
**Note: You we need to log into your Verizon account using your user name and not your number**

14.) Enjoy!!

To disable infinite scroll on TW launcher go to Dr. Ketan tweaks and long press launcher home scroll then back out and test.

I tested most tweaks and they work as they should. Please post any issues on this thread.

Please read the readme before using the debloater tool to get an idea of what it removes

As of right now there is no xposed support. I will need the help from users to find the best way to get it installed and I will update the OP with instructions.

Downloads:

Again **Note only Dr. Ketan's L16F Note 5 port works for our phone. He has a Marshmallow version out also, so be sure to only download the L16F version.**

Download Dr.Ketan ROM L16F ( N5 port I Theme support I S6 Edge features ) found on post #2 of his OP: http://ift.tt/1NuHqWR

then

Download @Battlehero 4/18/16 Data Fix V3.3 here (Go to the third post and expand "US Variants", look for N910V datafix): http://ift.tt/1QgWCfn

**READ ME**

Bugs:

- No GearVR support
- *MMS does not work correctly on the stock Messaging app (group chats come in and send as individual messages, and unable to send picture messages)
**(Workaround: Use Textra as default messaging app, MMS works like it should)**

- Unable to perform a factory reset within the settings because you will get non-stop FC's once booted up.
- If you do not wipe internal storage any old Note 2 files in you SNote data folder will kill the SNote app. So remove them from that folder and you'll be able to use SNote.
- System update in settings force closes the Settings
- Simultaneous data works at 4G speeds when talking on the phone but it shows it as a 1X connection. (Must have a 4G connection to work)

- To get My Verizon to work:
1. Navigate to /system/priv_app and delete the VzwSilentSSOEngine folder.
2. Edit the system/buid.prop file. Change the model value to SM-N920V and save.
3. Reboot.
4. You need to log into My Verizon using your user name your number will not work
Thanks @stueycaster and @rayjr13

- Verizon Visual Voicemail does not work and may never work
- Screen mirroring my not work
- If you change the model value in the build.prop to Verizon Note 4 model value (SM-N910V) it will break the theme store. Switch it back to SM-N920V to get theme store working again.

Read/search through the original OP threads for any non-Verizon specific issues first.
