I've had this problem on my last phone as well, not just the Nexus 6P, but I'm wondering if anyone can help me troubleshoot this REALLY annoying issue.
In my car, I have an OBD2 sensor that I use with Dash. It works great while Spotify streaming to my car stereo. It even works fine during a phone call (Spotify pauses), but Dash continues to work while I'm talking on the phone.
The second I end the call, my connection to the OBD2 sensor drops and I have to reconnect the app to the OBD2 sensor. The Bluetooth connection continues working fine for streaming music and phone calls, but the OBD2 to app connection drops. VERY rarely, I end the call, and it continues working as expected.
I don't know if it's the actual OBD2 adapter causing the problem, if it's the phone, or if it's the Dash app. This has been an issue with my Galaxy S6 AND my Nexus 6P, but it was never an issue with my old Samsung Galaxy S3.
Can anyone help troubleshoot? Could it be a ram issue? Too many background apps?
Any help would be appreciated!
