How loud has the speaker to be?

Hi folks,

I own a OPT for about a few days.

Unfortunately I can't hear incoming calls or messages because the max. volume of the speaker is really really low.

If I play music or watch youtube videos it's a little bit better but ringtones are always low.

can anyone make a video where I can see/hear how loud your speaker is when the phone rings?

maybe my device is defective?
